glad I found this review…I was going to buy it…I have the loreal minerals, they’re o.k. but I’m not loving that either, but I love the feel of the mineral foundations. I’ll try the maybelline. Thanks; )
Thank you for this review i was almost tempted to buy it, i love their liquid colorstay and was gonna try the mineral but after what you said i’ll think i’ll skip it and keep to maybelline mineral, love it!
u should definitely try afterglow cosmetics mineral make up its amazing, u can watch some reviews on youtube and u will see how good it is!

EVEYTHING is bad about this product. It is dry and cakey, and the brush is terrible.

I will have to agree with completely. I use the other products,but this did not live up. I do still use it as a powder over the my colorstay foundation.
I use the Revlon ColorStay liquid mineral and then top it with the powder mineral foundation for excellent coverage, and I love it! I live in humid FL, so I would use a powder to set anyway. I was delighted when this combo worked! And it is SUPER long wearing this way. Goodbye Lancome. Hello Revlon!
I’ve been using this product along with the color stay foundation for oily and combination skin. I simply tap the powder into another minderal powder’s lid ( that i have already used up) which i keep under or right next to revlon’s mineral powder. i use a kabooke brush to apply it, and it works pretty well for me. I have acne on my jaw line and i had a hard time covering it, but i can comletely cover it (as far as the redness) with these two products. I would say for about 8 hrs, not 16 though.
i just got this and when i open out the brush all the bristles just fell off and all over! (not that i was planning to use the brush) i didnt really like this foundation either.

i was about to purchase a revlon mineral foundation yesterday because it was on sale here in the philippines. and i gave a really huge sigh when i saw this.

hiii your skin is really great many compliments….i have oily skin and so makeup every kind of makeup vanish in a little time so i’d like to know about color stay or ultra mat foundation revlon…i’ve read and watched big reviews about those foundations but i don’t know what’s right for my bad skin! thanks for the time you dedicated to me! bye bye from an italian woman….i’m from naples!!!!!! good evening dear!

I recommend the Maybelline Mineral Power Foundation for people looking for drugstore brand mineral foundation. It even comes with a kabuki brush. The brush isn’t all that bad and I actually use it every day!
